Patient Communication

Change of Phone System

As of Wednesday 31st October 2018, we are upgrading our telephone system. Please be aware that there MAYBE some disruption to the service. Please accept our apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please bare with us as we are experiencing intermittent problems  with our appointment booking system, our IT support is aware of this. We apologise for any inconvenience.

At Penny's Hill Practice we send out many letters each week to patients, inviting them to attend their annual check for things such as asthma,COPD, heart disease, stroke & TIA  and hypertension reviews.

We are trying to improve the way we communicate with patients through using email and text messaging.

If you are interested in reducing the amount of paper that we generate and allowing us to utilise the money for patient care by receiving text or email reminders when your appointment is due, please click the link below.

If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form.
