The Practice will be installing a new Electronic Patient Record System called SystmOne on the 20th June 2019.The new system will bring substantial benefits for both patients and staff.

Please see the new Patient Privacy Notice for important information about how SystmOne can share your medical data.

Patients currently registered for 'Patient Access' will need to re-register with SystmOne Online. Forms will be available from reception after 1st July. Patient Access will no longer be available from 12th June until SystmOne Online goes live in July and you have re-registered. Therefore, you will not able to book appointments or request prescriptions online at this time, Please book your appointments at the surgery or over the phone. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in writing or by using your repeat slip.  We thank you for your patience during this time of transition. Please see the attached link for further details: What does this mean for you?      Sharing your Health Records

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the care and treatment you receive and to improve services. Please click the Friend & Family test on the menu to complete this survey.

Practice Friends

This is a voluntary group run by the patients for the patients. The aim of the group is to provide a visiting/driving service.  The service is mainly visiting the housebound on a regular basis.

The transport is to take patients to appointments where hospital transport is not available. To fund this service we rely on donations from the patient. The group relies on dedicated volunteers to do this work, so we are always pleased to welcome new members even if you can only offer a few hours of your time.

The volunteer visitors drop in for a chat and a cup of tea with patients who may be lonely or housebound. There is no set time but a little time given on a regular basis is best.

Anyone who is interested or would like to know more about us, please contact the surgery for a leaflet.

March 2014

At the end of the Patient Participation Group meeting on March 19th 2014 a presentation from the Friends of the practice was made to the surgery.

The FOP purchased the information Screen now situated in the waiting room of the surgery.  This will contain current information for the benefit of the Patients of Paenny's Hill practice.

Members of the FOP shook hands with Dr Hamp who accepted the screen on behalf of the practice.  A brass plaque confirming the screen was purchased with funds donated by the FOP was put in place.
