Hayfever, or seasonal allergic rhinits, is a common allergic disorder that both children and adults suffer with. The allergy is an allergy to pollen, and although we think of pollen being something that flowers have, trees and weeds also have pollen and this often extends the seasons beyond the summer months.

The symptoms vary from person to person. There is no cure – there is no treatment that will stop you from getting hayfever if you already have it. This is because hayfever is an allergic reaction your body has to the pollen and has previously made an immune response to.

However, there are things you can do to help overcome the symptoms and make things easier to bare.

If you are suffering with hayfever, or know someone who does, or you simply want to learn more, have a listen to our latest podcast on hayfever, available on our podcast page, or below.
