STARS Dorset

STARS Dorset is the pan-Dorset Sexual Trauma and Recovery Service charity that offers one to one support, free of charge, for anyone of any age or gender,  who lives works or studies in Dorset and has experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. They provide several different types of support including an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Service, Counselling, a Children and Young People’s Service and a Support Line.

In this week’s episode of the Penny’s Hill Practice Podcast, Dr Geoff Hamp and Dr Sam McGinley are joined by Alison Woodward from STARS Dorset. They discuss what STARS Dorset can do, how they can help, how they have been affected and adapted to the Coronavirus Pandemic, and importantly how to get in touch.
