The Prince’s Trust

The Prince’s Trust was founded by The Prince of Wales in 1976 and gives young people the practical and financial support to move forward with their lives, helping them to gain a greater stake in our economy and society. The Trust helps young people to develop the confidence and skills they need to live, learn and earn. The charity supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed, struggling at school, and those who have been in trouble with the law.

The Trust has helped more than 960,000 young people to date and three out of four people supported by the charity move into work, education or training.

The Trust has put together a Coronavirus Support Hub where they have pulled together the best advice and guidance to help you develop your confidence and skills, as you explore your next steps for finding a job or becoming self-employed.

You can also live chat with their youth support team every day between 9am and 9pm.

You can also find out about their Young Person Action Plan too which details more information.

So whether you are a young person or if you know someone who might benefit from The Prince’s Trust, have a look at their website and start getting the support you need.
